PREMIER CLUB ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM - The Association’s policy is to permit the player to roster and/or participate in both the Association travel program and the premier club program provided, in the event of any conflict, the Association travel team’s practices, games and tournaments will take precedent over any practice, game or tournament of the premier club.
