For Team Warrior, K-2, High School Rec+ and High School Travel Programs, the WSA imposes a registration fee. All fees are due by the registration deadline date. No player will be permitted to practice with the team or participate in any games if any portion of the player’s dues is outstanding. If a player suffers a reported injury that happens at a WSA game or practice and prevents the player from finishing the season, the player's family is eligible for a prorated credit that can be used for the next season. For all other refunds requested, the following policy will generally apply:
* Before Registration Closes - 95% refundable
* After Registration closes, but before first practice - 80% refundable
* After first practice - 50% refundable
* After first game - No refund
*Travel/U9: No refunds for the Fall Season
WSA imposes a registration fee per player per year for participation in the birth year travel programs. This fee is charged in the fall and covers administrative costs for both the fall and spring seasons. A player added to a travel team in the spring via the supplemental tryout process will be charged a registration fee and coaching fees for both the fall and spring. All registration and coaching fees must be paid upon acceptance of a roster spot. A roster spot is considered accepted upon payment of all applicable registration and coaching fees. No player will be permitted to practice with the team, or participate in any games or tournaments, if any portion of the player’s fees is outstanding. Once a roster spot has been accepted on a travel team, no refunds will be given.
